Presentation & Poster Guidelines

Time allotted: 4 minute presentation, with 1 minute additional for questions (5 minutes total). In your oral presentation, you will be allowed only three PowerPoint slides: (1) one stating the issue or question considered: what you did and why it is important, (2) one with your main results and central overview, and (3) one stating your conclusions and what the work means.
You are also required to display a poster of your talk throughout the week. The poster board space provided will be 44 inches wide x 44 inches high (please ensure your poster fits within the provided area). Poster setup begins at 3:30 p.m. in Ballroom North. Each presenter is asked to leave their poster up all week. Posters must be removed by 11:00 a.m. Thursday.
