Participants are eligible for the conference room rate of $190 per night (single or double, plus tax, and NO RESORT FEE) at the Salt Lake City Marriott University Park, 480 Wakara Way, Salt Lake City, UT 84108
Taxes: Room rates are subject to prevailing taxes. Currently 8.45% sales tax plus 7.07% occupancy tax (or other – to be identified here) taxes or fees).
Please make your reservations by December 4*, 2026. The hotel will require a credit card number (plus expiration date) to guarantee the first night’s stay. For those eligible, the hotel may offer a small number of rooms at Government rates by phone at (801) 581-1000.
Please note, most attendees will arrive on Saturday or Sunday (afternoon) and leave on Thursday (afternoon) (unless they wish to stay longer and enjoy the surrounding attractions). While available, this special room rate will be offered three days pre and post conference.
Cancellation: Individual reservations must be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to the arrival date to avoid a one (1) night room and tax charge.
